The Mystic and Noank Library was built in 1891 through the generosity of Captain Elihu Spicer. It is a beautiful building and a wonderful library. The Library has some wonderful events coming up in the spring.

Chuck’s Pembroke Table

Chuck has been creating beautiful things in his workshop. His latest creation is a gorgeous Pembroke Table. It has a beautiful book matched crotched mahogony veneered top. It’s a really beautiful morning here on the Connecticut shoreline .. already 60 degrees and the sun is glistening off the water. Yesterday in the mild weather I walked around the yard and noted the many new shoots of my spring blulbs, daffodils and hyacinth are sprouting up everywhere!
