Thanksgiving at the Victorian Lady
by Nancy ~ November 24th, 2006. Filed under: Family, Holidays. This year we celebrated Thanksgiving with friends and family and extended family at my sister Dulcie’s newly restored home The Hartford Victorian Lady. You can read about the home on their blog http://hartfordvictorianlady.blogspot.com/
We certainly missed having Adam and Peter with us - we were also without other members of our immediate family but we were fortunate to have Dulcie & Valerio’s extended family.
It was a really wonderful day .. Dulcie & Valerio have worked tirelessly for over a year to renovate the Hartford Victorian Lady, which was moved across town.
It took 2 turkeys to feed this crowd!
Special thanks to Nonno - Mr. Giadone - for being there every day to help. Here he is with 2 of the Giadone wives, Leslie & Chiara
A Kiss for the Cook .. Dulcie
As a housewarming gift, Chuck built a gorgeous cherry pendulum clock for Dulcie & Valerio.
On our way to Dulcie’s we stopped to visit our dear friends, The Treats. Here is Ruth’s Mom at 97! Doesn’t she look fabulous.
