Beate and Family

It’s been 20 years since Beate lived with our family for a year as an Au Pair. She came to us from Germany. We loved her and she became a part of our family. Her family visited several times over the years since then.
Beate recently sent me an email with the wonderful photo of herself and her family. Her 2 boys are now 9 and 11 .. when Beate was with us our boys were 8 and 10! She wrote of her busy days now with her young family. She works half time and loves working but is very busy with all of the other obligations of family life. I am hoping we will get over to see her sometime in the next year or two while Joey & Leslie are in Germany. I did visit her once in Germany and we had a wonderful time.
Having Beate live with us enriched our lives and it is such a delight to see her in her own life now.
